How quickly will I receive my Prime Card if I buy it online?

Your card will be posted to you and should arrive within 7-10 working days. If it doesn't arrive, please contact us at [email protected].

Is there a limit on how many Prime Cards I can buy online?

You can purchase up to £1,200 worth of cards a month.

How do I activate my card once I have bought it online?

Once you have received your card in the post, you will simply need to dial the freephone number provided and enter your 16 digit card number into our automated phone system.
Once you have received both your card and Account Code, call our freephone "Interactive Voice Response" system on 0800 458 7150 and follow the simple activation instructions.
